Business Development Manager - Staffing

As a Senior Staffing Business Development Manager in Chennai, your role involves identifying and prospecting potential clients through Lead Generation for both permanent and contract staffing solutions. You will create customized proposals for staffing services, develop strategies to acquire clients with specialized staffing needs, and draft contracts covering terms, service fees, SLAs, and confidentiality. Finalizing contracts and collecting necessary client business details and legal paperwork are also crucial responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and prospect potential clients for permanent and contract staffing solutions. - Create customized proposals for staffing services. - Develop strategies to acquire clients with specialized staffing needs. - Draft contracts covering terms, service fees, SLAs, and confidentiality. - Finalize contracts and collect necessary client business details and legal paperwork. - Collaborate with the recruitment team to source candidates based on client needs. - Track and share client feedback for adjusting candidate sourcing and screening strategies. - Issue formal offer letters or contracts for selected candidates. - Maintain communication with clients for feedback and adjustments. - Track client satisfaction and staffing needs for future contracts. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Familiarity with CRM Tools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with external recruitment agencies or vendors is a plus.
