What Youll Do:

Identify and engage potential clients across target industries and regions to grow our business pipeline.
Build lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and stellar service.
Understand client hiring needs and match them with the right staffing solutions.
Work closely with internal teams (Recruitment, Operations) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Create and implement strategic plans to expand market presence.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that win clients.
Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to uncover new opportunities.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and trade shows.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet business objectives.
Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize strategies.
Keep up with staffing and employment trends to refine outreach efforts.

REQUIREMENT:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Masters is a plus).
Proven success in business development or sales.
Deep understanding of staffing services and employment market trends.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to connect with decision-makers at all organizational levels.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and business productivity software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
