Maximus Events is a full-service experiential and event solutions agency delivering high-impact
corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, activations, and large-scale brand experiences.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional with mandatory, proven
experience in the Events industry. The ideal candidate will drive new business growth, deepen
client relationships, and lead strategic pitches.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the events and experiential marketing
space.
- Build and grow a strong sales pipeline across key sectors.
- Lead the complete BD cycle: prospecting, proposals, pitching, negotiation, closure.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams for proposal creation and project delivery.
- Represent Maximus in client meetings and industry forums.
- Provide market intelligence and industry trends.
- Collaborate internally for creative and strategic proposals.
- Support new business verticals and partnerships.
- Mentor BD team members.
- Review proposals, guide performance, and ensure process compliance.
Mandatory: 5–10 years of Business Development experience in the Events/Experiential industry.
- Strong pitching, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High ownership, discipline, and ethical conduct.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant fields.
