Business Development Manager/ Specialist plays a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing the agency's partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Identify new business opportunities by researching and targeting companies in need of recruitment services. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients. Understand client needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions. Negotiate contracts and pricing with new and existing clients. Sales and Marketing : Develop strategies to promote the agency's services and expand the client base. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns. Organize and attend networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences. Market Research and Analysis : Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adjust strategies and stay competitive. Gather data on industry requirements and talent gaps to offer valuable insights to clients Revenue Growth : Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to client acquisition and revenue. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling recruitment services to existing clients. Skills and Qualifications: Sales Skills : Strong background in sales and business development, particularly in recruitment or related fields. Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Negotiation : Ability to negotiate terms, close deals, and manage client expectations. Networking : Strong networking skills to establish relationships with potential clients and partners.
