About SpartX

SpartX is a fast-growing company based in Mohali, delivering custom software, web, and digital solutions to global clients.

We’re expanding our business team and looking for a Business Development Manager / IT Sales Manager experienced in Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other bidding platforms to drive new projects and revenue growth.


What you'll Do

Generate new business opportunities via Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.

Create effective proposals and handle end-to-end client communication.

Collaborate with the technical team to deliver quality IT solutions.

Build and maintain long-term international client relationships.

Track performance, update CRM, and prepare sales reports.


What We're Looking for

Strong understanding of software development, web/app solutions, or digital marketing.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills.

Proven track record of winning and closing international projects.

Target-driven, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset.
