Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients about the Canada PR process and eligibility criteria.
• Explain timelines, fees, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare personalized documentation checklists for each client.
• Ensure error-free handovers to the filing team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and resolve their queries.
• Work under the Sales Head and achieve monthly conversion targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in immigration counselling (Canada PR preferred).
• Strong understanding of Express Entry, PNPs, CRS scoring, and PR documentation.
• Excellent communication, sales, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
