Job Description: As a Business Development Manager (Female) at our company in Thiruvananthapuram, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and representing the company at various events and meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. - Generate new business leads and follow up on sales opportunities. - Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with clients and partners. - Represent the company at business events, conferences, and client meetings (requires travel). - Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for successful project delivery. - Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - Prepare and present business proposals and reports to management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam (knowledge of Hindi is an advantage). - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with no stage fear. - Confident personality with a professional and positive attitude. - Ability and willingness to travel to other locations for meetings and business purposes. - Good negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
