Role Overview


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Network Development

  • Target Achievement:

    Execute sales plans to ensure the South region meets its obligation to reach given targets.
  • Network Expansion:

    Build and work with a local sales network, including recruiting new agents and supporting existing partners in key Southern hubs (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi).
  • Educational Ties:

    Develop partnerships with international high schools and universities in the South to foster student interest.

2. Student Recruitment & Support

  • Student Engagement:

    Act as the local call agent for Southern leads, conducting frequent information sessions to convert inquiries into applications.
  • Counseling:

    Act as the first contact for prospective students, providing detailed course information and counseling.
  • Visa Assistance:

    Offer comprehensive visa and embassy support to students ensuring high visa success rates for the region

. Events & Marketing

  • Event Participation:

    Represent CBS at education fairs, recruitment events, and High School tours across Southern India.
  • Marketing Execution:

    Coordinate the printing of marketing materials locally and support social media marketing efforts tailored to the Southern student market

4. Reporting & Strategy

  • Regional Strategy:

    Work with the Country Head to develop a local sales strategy and concept that addresses the specific needs of students in South India.
  • Performance Tracking:

    Generate regular sales reports (monthly) and weekly activity reports to ensure transparency with the Country Head.


Note on Travel & Training

  • Candidates must be willing to travel frequently within their region.
  • Candidates must be available to join training events in Germany if required.
