Role Overview


Candidate Profile & Experience

  • Experience:

    Proven experience of 1-3 years in the overseas education or EdTech sector is mandatory

    .

  • Network

    : Prior experience working with local sales networks, including high schools, agents, and universities in Western India is highly preferred

    .

  • Sales Acumen:

    Demonstrated ability to reach given targets and generate sales reports on a regular basis.
  • Urgency:

    We are actively looking for immediate joiners who can hit the ground running

    .

    Preferable in 15 -30 days.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Network Development

  • Achieve Regional Targets:

    You will be responsible for meeting specific recruitment and sales targets for the West India region.
  • Agent Management:

    Build and maintain the local sales network, specifically supporting agencies in Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and surrounding areas.
  • Institutional Partnerships:

    Establish and nurture relationships with local high schools and universities to create direct recruitment channels.

2. Student Recruitment & Support

  • Lead Management:

    Act as the local point of contact for leads generated in the West region and conduct frequent Info-Sessions for prospective students and parents.
  • First Point of Contact:

    Serve as the primary contact for prospective students in your territory, guiding them through the initial application phase.
  • Visa Guidance:

    Provide visa support, embassy support, and maintain direct contact with consulates/embassies where necessary to assist admitted students.

3. Events & Marketing

  • Representation:

    Represent CBS at regional education fairs, agent events, and High School tours within Western India.
  • Local Marketing:

    Support local social media marketing initiatives relevant to the Western demographic and manage the printing/distribution of marketing materials in the region.

4. Reporting & Strategy

  • Strategic Planning:

    Assist the Country Head in developing a local sales strategy and concept specific to the market dynamics of Western India.
  • Reporting:

    Submit weekly activity reports and monthly sales reports to the Country Head to track regional performance.


Note on Travel & Training

  • Candidates must be willing to travel frequently within their region.
  • Candidates must be available to join training events in Germany if required.
