Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Surat for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategic business alliances. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, pitching products or services to prospective clients, managing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies. The role also involves negotiating contracts, meeting revenue targets, and delivering presentations to stakeholders in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Strong understanding of market research, trend analysis, and sales strategies
• Experience in preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally and align with organizational objectives
• Proficiency in CRM software, business tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant industry experience in IT, software, or technology sectors is preferred
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
