Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the 

    Solar EPC (Rooftop, Ground-mounted & Utility-scale)

    sector.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and industry connections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industrial houses, government agencies, and channel partners.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and techno-commercial offers to clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government policies in the renewable energy sector.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in 

    Engineering / Business / Renewable Energy

     (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in 

    Business Development / Sales in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Power sector

    .
  • Strong knowledge of 

    solar PV technology, EPC process, and government policies

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive market.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
