Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in West Bengal, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research to understand trends and customer needs. Day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, preparing business proposals, attending client meetings, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations. The role will also involve strategic planning to drive growth and achieve business targets.

Strong skills in Business Development and Client Relationship Management
Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Lead Generation
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing and Creative Teams
Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and result-oriented mindset
Experience in Experiential Marketing or related domains is preferred
