Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with at least three years of experience in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strategy, lead generation and will work closely with cross-functional teams to expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify Business Opportunities : Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers and partnerships. Lead Generation & Sales: Drive lead generation efforts, establish new client relationships and close deals to achieve sales targets. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends and competitor activities to keep the business ahead of market shifts. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement business strategies to meet organizational goals, enhance the company’s competitive edge and increase revenue. Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, ensuring effective communication of our products/services. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Track sales performance, create forecasts and provide detailed reports to management on sales activities, opportunities and market insights. Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development initiatives with company objectives. Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations for new contracts, ensuring terms are favorable and mutually beneficial for both the company and the client. Qualifications Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales or a related field, preferably within industry. Skills Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to generate and manage leads, as well as develop and execute strategic sales plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite. Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
