Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Jalandhar. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with Bank Braches & ensuring growth in insurance sales. The role also involves driving sales strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and monitoring market trends to identify competitive opportunities. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Business Development and Strategic Planning
Sales Acumen, Relationship Management, and Client Acquisition expertise
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business opportunities
