Key Responsibilities


  • Drive end-to-end business development: lead generation, client outreach, pitching, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across industries.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Delivery) to ensure client success and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and pipeline targets.



Requirements


  • 4–8 years of experience in

    B2B business development / sales

    , preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise tech solutions.
  • Strong track record in consultative selling and enterprise account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
