Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager located in Goregaon, Mumbai. The Franchise Development Manager will oversee franchise sales, develop business plans, and manage franchisee relationships. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, and providing training and support to franchisees. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with company strategies and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Franchise Sales, Lead Generation, and Franchising
• Experience in Business Planning and market research
• Ability to provide Training and Support to franchisees
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
