– Business Development Manager We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to strengthen Business. The role involves actively engaging with architects and interior decorators to promote and sell our digital print décor solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and relevant industry experience. ✅ Key Responsibilities 🔹 Identify Potential Clients • Visit architects and interior decorators across Hyderabad. • Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals. • Meet 2–3 potential clients daily to showcase our products and services.  🔹 Sales & Revenue Generation • Convert client interactions into confirmed sales. • Plan and execute effective strategies to achieve/exceed sales targets. 🔹 Product Presentation & Demonstrations • Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations. • Understand project requirements and recommend the most suitable products. 🔹 Order Management • Manage the entire order process: from client discussions to coordination with design, production, invoicing, and payment collection. • Work closely with a client servicing executive for administrative support. 🔹 Market Research & Reporting • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. • Provide regular, actionable market insight. 🎯 Requirements • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred) • Minimum 5 years’ experience as BDM in Interiors & Home Furnishing Industry • Strong knowledge of digital print décor products • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to travel extensively • Own 2/4 wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory)
