Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector.
• Generate leads, build client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and tenders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and client communication logs.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand brand presence.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 25 years of proven experience in business development within the construction industry (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of construction services, materials, and project workflows.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and documentation.
