About the Company

Raisonminds Solutions Pvt Ltd is a growing IT services company delivering end-to-end digital solutions including websites, ecommerce, web & mobile applications, cloud, DevOps, IT staffing, ERP and custom software for global clients. We are expanding internationally and looking for a highly independent, self-starting Business Development Manager who will manage the complete sales process end-to-end without dependency on inbound leads or marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Sales Ownership

  • Independently generate, qualify, nurture, and close deals
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
  • Build and maintain your own sales funnel and accurate forecasts


Lead Generation & Pipeline Building

  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, referrals, and partnerships
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across

    USA, Australia, and Middle East

  • Conduct discovery calls and understand client needs


Sales Execution

  • Sell:
  • ✓ Websites
  • ✓ Ecommerce platforms
  • ✓ Web & mobile applications
  • ✓ Cloud & DevOps services
  • ✓ IT staffing
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
  • Coordinate with internal teams for scoping and estimations
  • Negotiate and close profitable deals
  • Consistently achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets


Account Growth & Reporting

  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams after closure
  • Build long-term client relationships and drive upsell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting
  • Provide regular updates directly to C-Level leadership



Must-Have Requirements

  • 3+ years of

    independent B2B IT services sales

    experience
  • Proven experience managing deals

    end-to-end on your own

  • Strong track record of exceeding targets without inbound leads
  • Experience with international clients (USA/Australia preferred)
  • Excellent English communication (verbal + written)
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Highly self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable working independently



Compensation

  • Base Salary:

    ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
  • Attractive Commissions:

    One-time + recurring
  • High earning potential

    for consistent performers
