We are now looking to expand our client base and are hiring a Business Development Manager (Recruitment Sales) to drive growth through new client acquisition. Role Overview Were seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with proven experience in recruitment/staffing sales . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching our recruitment services, and building long-term client relationships. This is a remote role , ideal for self-motivated professionals who thrive in a performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential clients (startups, product companies, IT services firms, etc.) for talent acquisition partnerships. Pitch and present Zealants recruitment solutions to CXOs, Founders, and Talent Acquisition leaders. Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals. Build a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and closures. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor offerings. Requirements 1+ years of experience in B2B sales for recruitment/staffing firms (client acquisition focused). Strong network and understanding of the Indian tech hiring ecosystem. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing mid-to-large accounts. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
