About the Role

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, target, and acquire

    new clients

    across consulting, IT, BFSI, risk advisory, audit, and niche recruitment sectors.
  • Build and maintain a strong

    B2B sales pipeline

    to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop customized proposals, pitch solutions, and negotiate

    contracts and commercials

    with prospective clients.
  • Foster and manage

    long-term client relationships

    to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

Recruitment Delivery & Revenue Generation

  • Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure

    timely and quality hiring solutions

    for clients.
  • Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on requirements, timelines, and expectations.
  • Achieve

    monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

    by optimizing business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new revenue streams.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with senior leadership to define

    business growth strategies

    and go-to-market plans.
  • Provide regular reports on

    sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback

    .
  • Contribute to

    branding, marketing initiatives, and thought leadership

    to strengthen market positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

    5+ years in

    business development, client acquisition, or B2B sales

    , preferably in

    recruitment consulting

    .
  • Proven track record of

    achieving revenue targets

    and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of

    recruitment processes, talent acquisition models, and delivery operations

    .
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a

    remote setup

    .
  • Education:

    Graduate or Postgraduate; MBA in Marketing/HR preferred.
