Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and secure new MSP clients within the recruitment and staffing space. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of business development experience in the recruitment/staffing industry , with at least 2+ years in the MSP client ecosystem . Strong track record of winning new MSP accounts and expanding existing partnerships. In-depth understanding of VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and MSP program structures.
