You will help businesses and investors find and buy or lease commercial spaces like offices, shops, showrooms, and warehouses.
Find new clients through calls, visits, and networking
Meet clients, understand their space needs, and suggest suitable properties
Show commercial properties to potential clients
Negotiate and close property deals
Maintain good relationships with clients for repeat business
Keep track of market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Report your sales progress regularly to your manager
Graduate in any stream (Business/Real Estate preferred)
Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Sales
Strong communication and selling skills
Confident in handling clients and closing deals independently
Good knowledge of the local property market
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)
Fixed salary + attractive commissions/incentives
