About the Role:

Business Development Manager

You will help businesses and investors find and buy or lease commercial spaces like offices, shops, showrooms, and warehouses.

Your Responsibilities:

• Find new clients through calls, visits, and networking
• Meet clients, understand their space needs, and suggest suitable properties
• Show commercial properties to potential clients
• Negotiate and close property deals
• Maintain good relationships with clients for repeat business
• Keep track of market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
• Report your sales progress regularly to your manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate in any stream (Business/Real Estate preferred)
• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Sales
• Strong communication and selling skills
• Confident in handling clients and closing deals independently
• Good knowledge of the local property market
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)
