Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead land acquisition and sales initiatives. This is a pivotal role that involves identifying lucrative land opportunities, fostering strong industry relationships, and closing high-value transactions that shape the future of our developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new land acquisition opportunities to support company growth objectives.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with landowners, investors, and real estate stakeholders.
• Conduct market intelligence, site analysis, and competitor research to guide strategic decision-making.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation to deal negotiation and closure.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless transaction processes.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and insights for senior management review.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• 2 to 6 years of proven experience in land sales and real estate business development.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Deep understanding of land regulations, market trends, and zoning policies in Noida and surrounding regions.
• Self-driven, target-oriented professional with a passion for real estate and a commitment to excellence.
