Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager – Real Estate to drive sales growth and expand the company's client base. The candidate will play a pivotal role in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue generation for both residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
• Identify and approach potential clients, investors, and corporate buyers for real estate projects.
• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and HNIs.
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for digital campaigns and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Proven 5–10 years of experience in real estate business development or sales.
• Strong network in Gurugram region preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of real estate trends, pricing, and RERA guidelines.
