Roles & Responsibilities

Engage withC-level executivesand decision-makers to pitch tailored IT solutions
Be ready totravel for client meetingsanywhere in India
Identify and pursuenew business opportunitiesand strategic accounts
Handleclient escalations, resolve issues, and maintain strong long-term relationships
Conductproduct demos(beyond PowerPoint) showcasing technical features, integrations, and client benefits
Generate leads throughcold calls, emails, LinkedIn, campaigns, referrals, and inbound platforms
Convert qualified leads into paying customers through consultative sales techniques
Build and manage a healthysales pipelineand keep CRM systems updated
Analyze market trends andtrack competitorsto refine sales strategies
Leadproposal creation, presentations, and budget discussionswith clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

2-5 years of experience inB2B IT sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience interacting withenterprise clients and top-level management
Willingness to travel frequently for in-person client meetings
Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation platforms
Ability to explain complex tech solutions in simple, client-friendly language
A proactive, go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and growth
