As an experienced candidate with 2-6 years of experience in marketing, you will be responsible for marketing Speciality Ingredients or Raw Materials for the Personal Care and Homecare Industry, specifically focusing on B2B and key account management in North India. Your main tasks will include: - Marketing Personal Care and Home Care Ingredients to customers in North India. - Utilizing your knowledge and experience in sourcing and marketing Personal Care/Cosmetic ingredients and raw materials. - Meeting with the Technical team of cosmetics brands to promote new ingredients from different suppliers. - Visiting customers in the North Region to generate business by introducing new products. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Specialized expertise in B2B marketing of ingredients and raw materials to the Cosmetics and Pharma industries. - Technical proficiency in R&D, NPD, and Marketing. - Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on long-term career growth in marketing. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage various departments, customers, and business strategies effectively.
