Job Description

As an experienced sales professional with 2-4 years of relevant experience, you should have a strong background in sales within the Digital Marketing/Advertising industries. Your responsibilities will include: - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, specifically with an average ticket size of 5 lakhs+ per client/brand. - Experience in selling marketing services such as performance marketing sales, OTT sales, and media buying sales, rather than creative services backgrounds. - At least 2 years of experience in selling Digital products and services with B2B brands only. B2C experience will not be considered. - Experience in Client Acquisition of New Brands and working on Brand partnerships. - Previous experience working with Global brands. - Proficiency in handling End to End Sales, including market research and lead research, not just lead generation. - Strong skills in Negotiation and Client Onboarding. - Confidence and excellent Communication skills. Additionally, you should have: - Awareness of Products and Services sold in previous job roles. - Understanding of the USP of the product/service you were selling and how you portrayed them. - Strong Situational problem-solving skills. - Ability to adapt to a startup culture.
