About the Role

Business Development Manager Partnerships & Growth

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and onboard

  banking, fintech, and enterprise partnerships

  to strengthen Paywizes ecosystem.
• Explore and develop

  new business verticals

  including Connected Banking, Bill Payments, and SwitchQ.
• Collaborate with leadership on

  growth strategy, GTM execution, and revenue plans

  .
• Represent Paywize in

  industry forums, fintech events, and client meetings

  to showcase our capabilities.
• Work closely with

  sales & marketing

  to support lead generation and new client acquisitions.
• Monitor

  market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes

  to drive proactive growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 46 years of experience in

  business development / partnerships

  (fintech, BFSI, or SaaS preferred).
• Strong understanding of the

  payments ecosystem

  (UPI, Payouts, Collections, VAMs, APIs).
• Proven ability to build and manage

  CXO-level relationships and strategic alliances

  .
• Excellent

  communication, networking, and negotiation skills

  .
• Self-starter with a

  growth mindset

  and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
