We work closely with leading banks, fintechs, and enterprises to simplify complex financial flows with secure, scalable, and compliant infrastructure . About the Role We are looking for a Business Development Manager Partnerships & Growth to accelerate Paywizes expansion through strategic alliances, new partnerships, and business opportunities . This role requires someone who thrives in the fintech ecosystem, can build high-value CXO relationships , and has the drive to unlock long-term growth for Paywize. Key Responsibilities Identify, pitch, and onboard banking, fintech, and enterprise partnerships to strengthen Paywizes ecosystem. Explore and develop new business verticals including Connected Banking, Bill Payments, and SwitchQ. Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy, GTM execution, and revenue plans . Represent Paywize in industry forums, fintech events, and client meetings to showcase our capabilities. Work closely with sales & marketing to support lead generation and new client acquisitions. Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to drive proactive growth initiatives. Requirements 46 years of experience in business development / partnerships (fintech, BFSI, or SaaS preferred). Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem (UPI, Payouts, Collections, VAMs, APIs). Proven ability to build and manage CXO-level relationships and strategic alliances . Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills . Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
