Job Description

JOB SCOPE

Drive Air Freight & Courier business development across corporate and export-import clients.
Identify and convert new business opportunities for international courier and air cargo services.
Build strong client relationships, ensuring consistent service quality and satisfaction.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
Provide competitive quotations, negotiate rates, and close deals.
Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth cargo movement and customer updates.
Track sales performance and KPIs, prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and sector growth opportunities.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

3–10 years’ proven experience in Air Freight or International Courier Sales.
Strong understanding of Air Freight forwarding procedures, courier networks, and transit operations.
Excellent skills in lead generation, rate negotiation, and client acquisition.
Proactive, confident, and target-oriented approach to business growth.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade preferred.
