Business Development Manager

Roles & ResponsibilitiesInbound Sales & Pre-Sales

  • Handle inbound leads generated via website, ads, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads based on requirements, budgets, and timelines before passing to senior sales/management.
  • Conduct discovery calls, clarify requirements, and schedule follow-up discussions.
  • Prepare proposals, case study decks, and pre-sales documents with internal teams.
  • Manage structured follow-ups and nurture prospects until they are sales-ready.
  • Keep CRM updated with all lead activities, ensuring accuracy and visibility.

Business Development Coordination

  • Assist in

    managing meetings, bookings, and schedules

    to ensure smooth prospect interactions.
  • Maintain alignment in

    calendar management

    to avoid overlaps in initial calls.
  • Track follow-up commitments and ensure timely actions across the pipeline.

What We're Looking For:

  • 13 years of experience in

    pre-sales, inbound sales, or client servicing

    (preferably in digital marketing or B2B services).
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised and detail-oriented with good task & calendar management ability.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Ability to multitask between client-facing responsibilities and internal coordination.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
