Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Siliguri Covering entire North Bengal with some work from home acceptable.The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities,building and maintaining client relationships and driving revenue growth.Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing strategic plans,negotiating contracts and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement growth strategies.

• Ability to conduct market research and develop strategic plans
• Proficiency in negotiation and contract management
• Experience with client relationship management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Science and Marketing in Business Management or a related field along with experience in the healthcare in Dermatology and Cosmetology or nutrition industry is a added advantage.
