Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our construction company’s sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth across international markets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently during night shifts to align with overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, and follow up to close business deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (estimations, operations, and project management) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive trends.
• Maintain and update the CRM with client interactions and pipeline status.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in night shifts and handle international client communication.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach to work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Understanding of construction project cycles and tendering processes.
• Prior experience handling U.S., UK, or Middle East clients.

Pay: ₹14,986.83 - ₹50,000.00 per month
