Astrea Beauty is a fast-growing vegan, chemical-free skincare brand inspired by 5000 yrs of ancient Siddha medicine. We are expanding into North America and are looking for our first on-ground hire to lead business development and coordinate marketing efforts. The Role

We are seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive Astrea Beauty’s presence in North America. As our first hire in the region, you will work independently and report directly to the Founder. You will be responsible for building retail and distributor partnerships, opening B2B channels (including hotels, spas, boutiques), and managing agency partners for marketing.

Key Responsibilities

•             Business Development

◦             Identify, pitch, and secure retail, wholesale, and distributor partnerships in North America.

◦             Build relationships with hotels, spas, and boutique partners for premium placement.

◦             Represent Astrea Beauty at trade shows, beauty events, and networking opportunities.

•             Marketing Coordination

◦             Act as the bridge between Astrea Beauty and our digital/PR/influencer agencies.

◦             Ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with brand goals and regional strategy.

◦             Coordinate product launches, events, and influencer partnerships with agency support.

•             Market Development

◦             Provide market insights and competitive analysis for North America.

◦             Test and refine go-to-market strategies for both D2C (Shopify, Amazon) and B2B channels.

Ideal Candidate Profile

•             Experience: 4–8 years in beauty, wellness, or consumer brands (indie/clean beauty experience preferred).

•             Business Development: Proven track record in sales, retail partnerships, or distribution.

•             Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital, PR, and influencer marketing (agency coordination role).

•             Independent & Driven: Comfortable working directly with leadership and representing the brand.

•             Passion: Genuine belief in vegan, clean, chemical-free beauty.
