We are expanding into North America and are looking for our first on-ground hire to lead business development and coordinate marketing efforts. The Role We are seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive Astrea Beauty’s presence in North America. As our first hire in the region, you will work independently and report directly to the Founder. You will be responsible for building retail and distributor partnerships, opening B2B channels (including hotels, spas, boutiques), and managing agency partners for marketing.
