Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the textile chemicals sector.
  • Lead negotiations for pricing, contract terms, and supply agreements with clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions leveraging knowledge of textile auxiliary chemicals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (R&D, production, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Work independently to manage a portfolio of clients while contributing to team goals.
  • Provide technical guidance to clients regarding the applications of textile chemicals in processing and production.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain a customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
