Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, preparing business plans, generating leads, and negotiating contracts. The role requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and a deep understanding of the health insurance market.
