We are seeking a confident and experienced Business Development Manager who can independently develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and project consultants to promote
Nipponply’s premium range of plywood, veneers, and pre-finished products.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project sales within the building materials or interior products industry and proven experience in concept selling, specification generation, and brand promotion through professional networks.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand a strong architect, interior designer, and builder network within the assigned region.
• Drive specification sales by getting Nipponply / AirGuard Ply products approved for interior and architectural projects.
• Identify, target, and convert large-scale residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Conduct presentations, sampling, and product demonstrations for architects and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the dealer and channel sales team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure continued relationship building and repeat business.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, new projects, and material trends.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets and contribute to brand growth.
