Job Description

Client Relationship Management (70%) Serve as the primary point of contact for existing export clients across various regions. Ensure timely communication, order updates, and issue resolution for ongoing export clients. Build long-term relationships to improve client retention, satisfaction, and repeat business. Understand each clients business model and provide proactive solutions to support their growth. Monitor and follow up on payments, shipping timelines, and documentation with internal teams. Conduct regular performance reviews with key accounts and gather feedback for improvements. Business Handling & Development (30%) Identify new market opportunities, distributors, or partners in target export regions. Assist with negotiation of pricing, Incoterms, and trade agreements. Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B networking to generate leads. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and compliance teams for timely and accurate order fulfillment. Track global market trends, competitor activities, and trade regulations to adjust strategies. Prepare reports and forecasts for export sales performance and pipeline development.
