Position Overview

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase revenue.
Engage in B2B sales activities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and potential clients.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

2 to 7 years
of relevant work experience in business development or sales.
Strong skills in
market research
and analysis.
Proven experience in
B2B sales
with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent
communication skills
