Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Pune entails working as a Business Development Manager specializing in Mutual Funds, PMS, SIF, AIF, and Insurance. Core responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, offering tailored investment solutions, managing portfolios, promoting financial products, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves ensuring compliance with industry regulations, staying updated on market trends, and providing regular updates and reports to senior management. Collaboration with other teams to enhance business strategies and customer satisfaction is key.


Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Financial Products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, SIF, AIF, and Insurance
  • Proven skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
  • Analytical ability for Market Research, Portfolio Management, and Investment Analysis
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., AMFI, CFP) are advantageous
  • Proactive approach with self-motivation and the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Proficiency in using financial tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
