Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Eriez India, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth strategy within the Mining and Heavy Industry sectors. Your responsibilities will include identifying, pursuing, and capitalizing on new business opportunities by engaging with key clients, focusing on strategic lead generation with Tier-1 mining companies in magnetic separation and flotation equipment. Additionally, you will nurture critical relationships to foster revenue growth and long-term success. - Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and evaluate emerging markets, trends, and potential customers to develop a strategic pipeline of opportunities. Visit customers to present Eriez" technologies and initiate partnerships. - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively generate and qualify leads to drive revenue growth, with qualified lead generation as a key performance indicator. - CRM Management: Develop, implement, and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and optimize the sales pipeline. - Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and encourage repeat business. - Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to formulate actionable insights and business strategies. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to align business development initiatives with company objectives. - Sales Planning & Forecasting: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and forecasts to achieve revenue targets. - Reporting & Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on business development performance metrics for actionable insights. - Continuous Improvement & Brand Management: Stay updated on industry trends to improve business development strategies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering and an MBA with a Sales or Marketing focus - Proficiency in English and Hindi - Minimum of 15 years of experience in Business Development, sales, and consulting sales in industrial products or processes - Communication and presentation skills - Ability to challenge the status quo and drive positive change - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Motivational skills and dynamic leadership style - Knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics - Willingness to travel as required Additionally, prior experience in an international or multinational company, ability to communicate in regional languages, and knowledge of international cross-cultural sales would be beneficial for this role.,
