Job Description

Jobzshala provides colleges with our 'Campus' subscription - delivering trained, certified students and guaranteed employer interviews. This fuels our job portal with interview-ready talent that companies urgently need.

We need a proven EdTech B2B hustler to own campus partnerships end-to-end. You'll be the face of Jobzshala, directly driving revenue while transforming how colleges achieve placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Type:

  • Own the Entire Sales Cycle:

    From prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, closing, and onboarding of college partners.
  • Build a Robust Pipeline:

    Identify, qualify, and engage with decision-makers (TPOs, Principals, HODs) in target colleges and universities.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor:

    Conduct compelling presentations and product demos of the

    Jobzshala Campus

    product, showcasing how we can improve their placement rates and student outcomes.
  • Achieve & Exceed Targets:

    Be directly responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets through the sale of our annual campus subscription packages.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback from the field to help refine our product and sales strategy.

Who We Are Looking For (The Ideal Candidate):

  • Must-Have:

    • 3-8 years of core

      field sales experience in the EdTech industry.

    • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
    • Experience selling to educational institutions (Colleges, Universities, Institutes).
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • A self-starter with a "hunter" mindset, ready to build territory from the ground up.
  • Good-to-Have:

    • An existing network of contacts with college TPOs or principals in the region.
    • Understanding of the placement and career services landscape in India.
