Job Title: Business Development Manager Industry: Recruitment Consulting / Talent Acquisition Experience Required: 6+ Years Location: Remote (Must be open to travel for client meetings) Salary: Not a constraint for a right candidate About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager with a strong background in recruitment consulting. Your primary role will be to acquire new clients, understand their hiring needs, and work closely with our Talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure timely and quality delivery. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential clients to generate new business in the recruitment space. Understand client hiring requirements and share them accurately with the TA team. Build long-term relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers. Act as a bridge between the client and internal recruitment team to ensure smooth communication and delivery. Regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore repeat business. Attend client meetings (virtual or on-site when required). Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals. Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Development or Client Acquisition in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm. Strong understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Excellent communication, client handling, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and target-driven individual who can work independently. Comfortable with remote work and open to travel for client meetings if needed.
