Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage to build new business for the company. You should be focused and possess strong communication skills. It is essential to think critically when making plans and demonstrate the ability to execute a particular strategy effectively. Responsibilities - Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions. - Promote the company's products or services to prospective clients. - Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders. - Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople. - Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. - Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. - Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. - Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. - Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
