Masakien Al Amna International is expanding its footprint in the GCC, and we're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and client acquisition. ๐น ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐: 5โ7 years in business development, preferably in the GCC. ๐น ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ง ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ค ๐๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐: Success in achieving sales targets and securing recruitment contracts with medium to large businesses. ๐น ๐๐๐ซ๐ค๐๐ญ ๐๐ง๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐: Deep understanding of GCC business culture, regulatory frameworks, and client networks. ๐น ๐๐๐ญ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค ๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก: Established client base in the UAE, with the ability to onboard 2โ3 new accounts per month. ๐น ๐๐๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐ก๐ข๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐๐ง๐๐: Based in Dubai for at least 4โ5 years. ๐น ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ: Expertise in client relationships and engagement strategies. ๐น ๐๐ซ๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ: Open to frequent travel across the GCC.
