We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong technical edge in waterproofing systems for hydraulic structures — from dams, pumped storage project, spillways to reservoirs, tunnels.
🌟 Your Mission
🤝 Build partnerships with engineering consultants, EPC contractors & government agencies.
📑 Lead the specification process — from tender documents & design recommendations to tailored product solutions.
📈 Drive sales growth, expand market presence, and secure long-term specification wins.
📚 Stay ahead with deep knowledge of EN, ISO, ASTM, BIS standards & the latest waterproofing innovations.
🛠 Work hand-in-hand with technical teams to ensure flawless system performance from concept to commissioning.
🧩 We’re Looking For
✅ 5–12 years in sales / business development in waterproofing, geomembranes, coatings, or membranes.
🌊 Proven success in specifying solutions for hydraulic infrastructure (dams, pumped storage projects).
🗣 A confident communicator with top-tier relationship & presentation skills.
🎯 A strategic thinker who can turn technical advantage into business growth.
