Marketing Studio is a leading full-service photography and video production agency based in Noida. Specializing in product shoots, fashion campaigns, brand films, and social media content for D2C brand and business for marketing, branding & sales. Our in-house team of over 20 creative professionals, including cinematographers, photographers, editors, and art directors, ensures seamless execution from concept to final delivery. We are in-business since past 5 years and we have taken position amongst the top-tier agencies in Delhi NCR.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business development manager based in Noida. You will lead strategic initiatives, drive business growth, build a sales team, implement new marketing strategies, develop effective sales plans and oversee day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include business development, client relationship management, team leadership, financial planning, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of business development experience in relevant industry
• Hard core business development skills to achieve sales targets
• Independently working, experience in team management, and fostering new clients
• Proficiency in marketing, proposals drafting, deal negotiations & on-boarding clients
• Understanding of agency working eco-system, creative knowledge, marketing trends, and content production processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and delivering long-term relationships with clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Hands-on experience in the photography, video production, or creative industry is a plus
• Residing nearby Noida regions
